Planned 2013 Projects
Below is a recap of some of the construction projects being considered for the coming year. The final number of projects that we can undertake will depend on the final cost of all the construction bids we receive.
- Complete Phase 3 of roof replacement program with Adams Roofing and Waldman Engineering
- Start shoreline restoration project around hidden lake
- Continue landscaping contract with Green-Up under new specifications
Completed 2012 Projects
- Winter pruning of one third of all the trees on property
- Replacement of worn address plaques and refurbishment of the building’s decorative gables and half moons
- Spring clean up and turf repairs by Green Up
- Completed multiple drainage and landscape enhancement jobs
- Continued roof replacement program and completed 8 buildings
- Continued facade replacements, identified water issue
- Completed beginning of phase of pond restoration
