Elite Management Contract Extended

At the November 15, 2012 Board Meeting, the RHL board extended Elite Management’s contract through 2015. The RHL Board and the community has been very pleased with the outstanding management services offered by the Elite Management Team.

2013 Reflections Assessment

For the 2013 year, the RHL Board passed a 3% increase in the monthly Reflections assessments. This increase is to keep pace with inflation and the recommendations of the RHL Reserve Study Report, as well as to adequately fund the future capital projects planned for the community.
